What is a positive affirmation?
Positive affirmations are statements of positivity that work in the present tense. They are used to encourage and empower the person speaking them. Positive affirmations only work in the present tense as the brain only responds to present tense statements. Positive affirmations can not contain negative statements and are spoken as truth and fact.

Affirmations help to increase confidence though conditioning, they can be applied to various areas of your life, they can lift your mood, encourage you to work towards your goals, help you keep your focus and help dispel negative thoughts.
