What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is the belief that the universe creates and provides for you what your thoughts are focused on. It is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we give energy. It is said to use the power of the mind to translate whatever we think and turn it into reality. If you focus on the negative you will get more negative and if you focus on the positive you will get more positive.

Why is it important?

The Law of Attraction is important because it encourages you to refocus on what you want instead of focusing on an undesirable outcome. Like attracts like. Just like the Law of Gravity the Law of Attraction is difficult to understand. Thinking positive will get you a positive outcome and knowing and thinking you can do something will motivate you to do it. Your thoughts and feelings have an effect on what is going on around you and changing your perspective can help to bring about a better outcome.

Start intentionally thinking about what you want to attract into your life such as wealth, love, health to see it start to manifest.
