Self-love Tips
Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. We need to give to ourselves the love we so freely give to other people. Below are some tips to encourage you to be more self-loving:

Daily affirmations - Affirm who you are with I am statements e.g. I am loving, I am kind, I am enough etc. Some affirmation examples can be found here.

Mirror talk - Look into your eyes while standing in the mirror and affirm who you are, apologise if you have not been very nice to yourself, compliment your body and what it does for you, tell yourself nice things.

Meditation - There are lots of free guided mediations on Youtube, see some of my top picks here.

Journaling - Get a brand new journal, write down your accomplishments, what you are good at ,how your feeling, your goals anything you want.

Say no - If you find that you always say yes but inside you wish you said no or after you have said yes to the request your secretly annoyed – you need to practice saying no, maybe try doing it in the mirror.

Take a walk - Fresh air and being in nature will lift your mood and you will burn calories in the process.

Talk to yourself - Talk to you as you would a small child or someone you love, stop being so hard on yourself.

Eat and drink good foods - A good diet will make you feel less sluggish and give you more energy.

Take a bath - Throw in some bath salts, fancy soap, do a body scrub, bath milk, play some soothing music, light candles and just relax.
